Warranty
The warranty period ends 12 Months from the date of invoice.
Warranty claims must be made prior to warranty period ending, we cannot backdate claims.
We advise you only buy what you need and ensure you use your cartridges up before the warranty period ends.
Returns Information
Please check your order carefully before opening! We cannot accept the return of opened stock that you find you have ordered incorrectly or we have sent incorrectly due to packing errors. No exceptions!

  • Faulty Items
    Ensure your cartridges are in the warranty period. We can check this for you if you contact us.
    If a cartridge is causing problems either poor print quality, not recognised or prematurly empty.
    If indeed found faulty, we will organise pick-up where possible, otherwise we will reimburse any return postage costs encountered.
    Please follow the return procedure below, you will need to provide a print sample if you are claiming on the basis of poor print quality.
  • Incorrectly Ordered
    If this is the case we will happily accept your incorrectly ordered goods back and will provide a store credit (less restocking fee) for you to use against the correct goods.
    The return postage costs you encounter will not be reimbursed under this circumstance.
    A 10% restocking fee will be imposed. If the items are popular for us and do not need to be returned to our supplier this fee may be waived at our discression.
  • Incorrectly Sent
    Same procedure as above, No restocking fee is imposed. In most cases we can arange free courier pick-up of the goods, if not we will reimburse your postage costs.
    Once the incorrect stock is returned we will immeditaly forward the correct items.

Return Procedure
Email info@wickedconsumables.com.au with your order ID or invoice number and the reason for return. Attach print samples if applicable.
Once we process your request we will contact you with further instructions on how to return your items, obtain a credit or replacement.
DO NOT RETURN GOOD TO US BEFORE RECEVING AN RA NUMBER! If you would like to go ahead and pack your order in anticipation please ensure the goods are packed in such a way that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers / stamps from mail handling.
